PRC woman has 3 men including him
A local businessman recounts to reporters about his brief affair with a PRC woman.
Mr Chen, 60, said the affair began last year in March when he visited a local casino. Riding on a streak of good luck, he won about $100,000 that evening. Later on, he was approached by a PRC woman who told him that she envied his good luck.
He gave her $10,000 from his winnings that evening.
“She claimed to be 30 years old and had come from Fujian, China. She also claimed to be a divorcee doing business in Singapore. We exchanged numbers and stayed in contact afterwards”, Chen said.
Five days later, Chen went to try his luck again with $100,000 in his pocket. This time, he lost everything, but the PRC woman contacted a loanshark and managed to get him a loan of $40,000 to help him recoup his losses.
Chen was very touched by her help in getting him a loan. The two had sex on the same evening and became lovers.
Chen continued to visit the casino daily, and would give the woman money whenever he won. The sums often amounted in the thousands or tens of thousands.
· But Chen began to grow suspicious of the woman after a while.
“She would never let me go up to her apartment every time I send her home. According to her work permit, she works in an engineering company. I checked up on her and found that she is actually co-habiting with another man in his 40s”.
The woman also did not divorce her husband in China.
Following the revelations, Chen asked to break up with the woman, but had a change of heart when she asked to reconcile. He even went on to rent a flat to co-habit with her.
“In June this year, I wasn’t winning much money anymore so I gave her a lot less. Sometimes, just $1,000. She wasn’t happy with receiving less money and quarreled with me. She moved out without a word when I was not around. I have given her $280,000 by then.”
Unhappy with the situation, Chen eventually traced the woman to her home in China. He paid her home a visit and met her father-in-law there.
Chen decided to show intimate photos of the woman to her father-in-law. This angered the man, who chased Chen out and warned him not to spoil the relationship of the woman and her China husband.
The story doesn’t end here. Chen met the woman again this July at the casino!
